These are no ordinary burgers. They start out like a regular burger with a patty and a bun but what you put on them makes them Aussie burgers. The traditional toppings for burgers with "the lot" are cheese, pickles, sauteed onions, bacon, pineapple, pickled beets, a fried egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, and shredded carrots. They are huge, messy and delicious!
