Another Catch Up Post

I just realized it's been two weeks since I posted last. I think this means it's time for another Life According to AmyO's cell phone and Facebook post. (Hmmm...maybe I should change the name of my blog?)

Socks and I spent many evenings just like this.

Spring has arrived, it's so pretty-
It is pretty but it also makes me sneezy and itchy and ornery-

As is the tradition the girls went to dinner while the men were at Priesthood session of conference. The only two men allowed were these handsome fellows.

I had to get a new laptop (RIP my old friend). The best part about the new one, besides the massive increase in speed and memory, is the fact that I got a new wireless mouse and it's purple. Yes, I'm a dork.

April 4th was Robert Downey Jr.'s birthday. I'm thinking of starting a petition to have it declared a national holiday.

I gave my final speech in my public speaking class. Over a months worth of research and half of my grade was all tied up in this stack of notecards. Luckily I got an A on the speech which means I ended up with an A in the class. *happy dance*

Mother Nature showed further proof of her mood disorder by sending us beautiful days and then sending us this-
The one good thing about these Spring storms is that the snow doesn't last long. The above picture was taken before work. The next one was taken the same day after work.

Mom came home from Japan. Tracy and I met her and Dad at P.F. Changs for dinner right he picked her up at the airport. We introduced Tracy to the amazingness of the lettuce wrap. She's hooked.

It was Easter and I failed at taking pictures. I took a grand total of one picture of the egg search- Katie with her stash.
I managed to capture Howie telling his parents some big story. I'm sure it involved a car, truck or keys.

My friends Christy and Shelley and I went to the new City Creek in downtown Salt Lake. It was a gorgeous day and I did some damage to my pocketbook.

The boys enjoyed the waterfall (that is before the security guard yelled at them to get off the rocks)

 Katelyn got some yummy cheesecake.

The kids had a blast in the fountain. I wonder how happy they were to have to travel all the way home completely drenched. I bet it wasn't as much fun.

I chopped 4 inches off my hair. It's amazing how a haircut can change your outlook on life :)
I think that catches me up. The life of a single person is really exciting, isn't it?

What a fun post, Amy. I really like the 2-week-in-review post idea! Maybe I should try that on my blog...only it will have to be the 2-MONTH-review :(

Your haircut is darling!!! Sheesh, a person leaves work for a few days and everything changes!

Loved this! You have an amazing and clever way of saying things that makes me smile a whole lot. :))) See!

My boys look so old in your pic at dinner. It's quite bizarre. How can time be passing so quickly?
